  • In order to clear the stenographer C and D exam by SSC, one has to have a sound knowledge of the current affairs. Clearing this exam without a proper knowledge of the current affairs around you is not possible. You can read newspapers, magazines, and internet or watch news channels to gain general knowledge.
  • Expertise in logical reasoning can only be gained through thorough practice. You must practice everyday at least for four hours with the help of the internet or practice booklets available for the same.
  • An English Language and Comprehension test is also carried out as part of the examination, which is only in English medium. Thus, you need to have a good knowledge of the English language; you can read novels or newspapers or write essays in order to work in this section of that exam by SSC.
  • Practice is the only way out if you want to score well in the SSC stenographer c and exam 2012. You can resort to sample and model question papers. Internet is another medium where you can get question papers to practice from.
  • Candidates who obtain qualifying marks in the Written Examination will have to appear for the stenography test which is qualifying in nature. The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English/ Hindi which has to be transcribed on computer only. Thus, one should also practice typing speed in order to clear this skill test.

  • If you follow these basic tips you can clear both the written test and skill test. This is usually followed by an interview, clearing which would lead to final recruitment by SSC. However, clearing this SSC stenographer c and d exam 2012 is not an easy task and the competition is high, so work hard and dedicates you completely to bag a seat.
